HC Piper manufactures a variety of complex high specification process modules that are designed, engineered and fabricated in-house. Modules include solvent, vapor (vapour) recovery units, chemical injection packages and other process modules.

Experience responding to the challenges custom manufacturing can present has guided the configuration of our 45,000 sq. ft. manufacturing plant for efficient work flow. Multiple shifts operate six days a week and can be increased if reduced lead times are required.¬†Our manufacturing team includes journeyman “B” pressure welders, pipe fitters, structural steel fabricators, electricians, instrument technicians and millwrights.

Seamless Integration

The seamless integration of all departments produces predictable turnaround times and reduces costs. Immediate communication between all parties means clients receive timely progress reports and are informed immediately if there are emerging problems.

If problems arise, engineers located in the same building can be quickly consulted and the project kept moving forward. The design, document control, sales and accounting departments and support staff are located in the same building.

Engineering and fabrication teams track each project from the original concept through to commissioning to ensure seamless installation. Accountability is injected into every part of the process.
